I have linked a file (MS Word Document) into another MS Word Document. However, it only displays the first page of the source file. How do I get it to display (and print) the entire source file.

I have tried saving the source file off as an .rtf, but that doesn't help.

Thanks :)

Double-click on it. This should open it up in another Word window. You can print it from there.

I actually want the entire source document to appear, not just the first page, without double clicking on it. The goal is to have the entire source document print each time the main document is printed.

"Inserting" the file is not an option as the source document may be edited and those changes will need to be reflected in the main document.

I don't think you can do what you're asking in the way you're asking. Think about it. One page in your target document is only one page. You can't display multiple pages on one page. I may be wrong; if I am, hopefully someone who knows a way will come along and explain it.

BTW, I presume you know that if you insert as a link, your target document will be updated as your source document is changed. I think that's what you were saying in your first post.
