Hello,

I've downloaded MS Virtual Machine 2007 and installed it. I'm able to create my virtual hard disk with no problems, when I go to start the virtual session it will tell this:

"Reboot & select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device."

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I was under the impression I wouldn't have to stick anything in like a start-up disk ect..because the software creates the OS of your choice on it's own? Any suggestions on how to fix this are greatly appreciated.

Thanks

No, the software just creates the virtual machine - you have to install the OS on that machine yourself.

So even though you have the option to boot into all these different operating systems, you as the user have to already have these operating systems on hand?

That's correct - you need to install whatever OS you require - just like on a 'real' pc - only the hardware is virtual.
