MS Script Editor Doesn't let me debug!

Does anyone know why the MS Script Editor doesn't allow me to debug my VBScript when an error occurs?

I looked in the debugging options section and all the options to edit scripts are greyed out. I can't seem to find a way to make them accessible...

Any thoughts?
