Do you know how to paste a MS Paint picture onto Word and use it as a Word document. Thanks.

Both Paint and Word can cut/copy/paste to the clipboard. You only need to select the object in Paint and copy it with either the edit-copy command or ctrl-c. Then go to Word and paste it (edit-paste or ctrl-v). Word will treat this as an image and you can control it as such.

I pasted the picture onto Word but I was not able to edit the document, like adding words and other Word stuffs. Do you have any idea? Thanks

Get a new Word document. Hit View-Header and Footer. Hit Insert-Picture-From file and pick the bitmap you have previously saved in Paint. Close the header and footer. This should put your bitmap behind the text so that you can type whatever/where ever you want.
