I have Outlook-express with verizon DSL.
I however like MS Outlook for my email.

I tried the user account setup [pop3 and STMP] just like outlook express but it[MS Outlook] seems to give problem sending out though it downloads the emails without a problem.

I would greatly if some one who knows how to fix this problem help me resolve this. I love MS out look and because of this I am unable to use it.

It seemed like the MS Outlook worked without a problem when I had dialup service but when I switched to DSL, it does not work anymore.

Please help. Thank you in advance.

Is the name of your incomming and outgoing mail servers the same?

Yes they are the same. I have no reason to have two different servers.

It is possible that you do have a reason to have two servers. I do with my local broadband ISP and my email account hosted by Freeola.

You will typically have an email address which you normally use hosted by supplier 'A' and an email address available but unused hosted by your broadband supplier 'B'.

Try setting your outgoing mail via the settings required by the unused account hosted by supplier 'B'.

Thus you send via your Broadband supplier's email server and only recieve via supplier 'As'.
