Hi,
I have set up various rules so emails I receive from different forums are directed to different folders in my personal email folders on my HD (We use Exchange server so I have to periodically move emails from inbox/sent).
This is an example of one of the rules:
Apply this rule after the message arrives
with xxx@xxx in the recipient's address
move it to the xxx folder
If I turn the rule off and run the rule manually, it works fine.
If I turn the rule on, so messages are checked when they arrive, Outlook seems to move a COPY of the message to the personal folder, and leave a copy in the inbox on the exchange server.
It's VERY frustrating having so many emails and then even worse having them duplicated!!
Any help greatly appreciated.
