Hi

When we first set up our Win 2K SBS Outlook Web Access was working fine but now when we try to connect it asks for the username and password, which we enter.

Then in the background one of our Public Folders displays. It then asks for the password three more times and then displays an 'HTTP/1.1 401 Unathorized' message in the left hand pane.

If you then press F5 to refresh, the screen displays Outlook Web Access correctly, but you don't seem to be able to receive e-mails, but you can send them.

I'm lost! Has anyone got any ideas?

Chris

TRY TO GO HTTP properties of the Exchange server in the SYstem manager( servers, servername, protocols, http, exchange virtual server, right click on exchange, properties, access, aunthentication, remove the default domain name, click ok, apply and then go back in and reenter the domain name, if previously you had, mydomain.com in the default domain box, type in mydomain only)..it is worth a shot . this happened to me before.

(mydomain=your domain name)... good luck..
