hi all,
i want to setup my MS Outlook so that emails which i receive from @yyy.com to send the originator of the email a email reply to ask him/her to resend the email to a different email address e.g aaa@bbb.com
It is similar to out of office reply but with conditions only for @yyy.com reply.
The reason why i do not want to turn on "out of office reply" is to prevent spammer since it is going to be a permanent solution.
Is this possible? Please advice.

You can set up a rule to send a reply when you recieve mail from a specified address, the reply will be based on a template which you can edit to contain the reply text.

The template is
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Templates\1033\mail.oft
