Easy one for yas, but i cant find it. Client using windows 2000 and using outlook 2000 ricieves mail, but it takes quite some time. We were thinking the refresh rate is off or something. If anyone could help me by finding this option or a different way to do this, i would be thankful.

More information is neded. Are you on a dial-up, DSL, T-1? Do you have an ISP or Exchange server, etc.?

we have t-1 and it is an exchange server that all the clients are hooked up to for e-mails

Ok, now that i have some time to type, the person who is trying to recive email through outlook. She does recieve her email, but it takes awhile if nothing is touched - Awhile meaning well over a minute for something that should be there right away. When she recives something, she can click on deleted items or any of the other options on the left and the mail will appear when she does this, instead of waiting the long wait she would have had to wait if she did not push anything. This is one of the reasons why i was looking for a refresh rate button or an option that will make it refresh faster. She is using a Windows 2000 computer and all of the mail goes through an exchange server. Any help will be apreciated :)

That did the trick, thanx a bunch =P
