MS outlook Express

Hi!

I was trying to help a friend solve a problem with outlook express, the program would not run giving a message box saying that the "address book" was not configuered properly and would have to be re-installed.
What is the best way to wipe the original copy of this program (outlook express and re-install a new copy?
