MS Outlook 2k not responding

Anybody knows why MS Outlook 2k is crashing when I try to create a new message? It actually happens with every other message that I create. When i ctrl alt del it says ms outlook not responding then i end task and i can create another new message.

Update your outlook to the latest service pack.

Search for any spyware installed in your machine using spybot search and destroy.

If possible try disabling antivirus and firewall and give a try to see if that causes the problem.

Run a scanpst.exe on your pst file.

Also post the error when outlook starts..

The problem was hotbar. After I run AdAware 6.0 it removed all spyware installed including hotbar.
