When I type "ACN" (W/out Qts) Word changes it to "CAN". acn to can. I can type past the ACN (Now CAN) & then go back highlite it and retype ACN and that seems to work, as anoying as it is.
"AutoCorrect Exceptions" for 'ACN':
"INitial Caps" Leaves it ACn
"Other Corections" Leaves it lower case only. i.e. "acn"

Same thing in Excel.

TIA, 1

Tnx Drmbt,
Very simple when you know how! I thought I tried everything. :0
I clicked on the "acn" entry and overwrote can with ACN. It is working great now and in Excel too. :-) Thank you very much!!!, 1 And PTL! \o/
