I have a user who is using Office 2000 on an NT workstation. When she copies cells from one worksheet and tries to paste them onto another, she gets a "Dr. Watson"
error, it is as follows:

An application error has occurred and an application error log is being generated.

EXCEL.exe
Exception;access violation (0xc0000005),Address(0x30011f34)

After she clicks ok, Excel closes out. What can be the problem, and how can I fix this? Thank you in advance for any help.

If you look at the Dr Watson log, there should be a pid (read it as p id) at the beggining of the log for the particular error. Further down, there will be the same pid listed with the associated application. In this case it will be excel.exe. The application listed just before the pid, is probably the one that caused the problem in excel.exe "Age is a high price to pay for maturity."
