MS Data Reports....Print Blanks

We have a data report with text boxes bound to a data environment............what we would like to do is be able to print a data report showing only the labels; or create a data report that isn't bound to anything and print it showing the labels. We need the ability to print these reports for certain occasions where they must be filled in by hand. And ideas or suggestions?? Thanks!!
