Does anyone know if Avaya has an RFA license that is required for MS CRM integration to work? I know the client/server software can be freely installed however should it integrate with the IPO without any license from Avaya. I found a part number from Avaya that has a description regarding CRM however I can't seem to determine whether or not you need some type of license. If there is a license does Avaya provide a 45 day trial? Thank you!

You will need a license to run MS-CRM integration. IP400 MS-CRM INTGR RFA

There doesn't seem to be any trial for that at the moment.
