We have someone here who organizes her contacts into multiple Contact Folders within her Outlook. She is using an HP iPaq with Pocket PC 2002 Prem and Outlook 200 on her PDA. We are also using MS ActiveSync. (We are using Exchange Server, but not synchronizing through the server.)

Only her Contact's Folder is synchronizing with her PDA. Her other contact folders are not synchronizing.

Is there a setting to have it syncrhonize with all of her Contact Folders? Or was this "done by design?"

I do this in the following way.
I am using Outlook 2000, MS Mobile 2003, Ipaq 2215; most current version of Active Synch (so, almost identical except for the PDA o/s) ...

My "other" contacts folders are in subfolders under the main contact folder; organize your folders this way on Outlook desktop.

Open Synch dialogue window on desktop.
Double click Contacts ---> in new window;
select sub folders showing under Contacts folder.

I have multple other sub-folders synching this way as well.
