MS Access Password

We had a guy come in and do some work on a couple of Access files/databases. He setup one of the files, "file.mdb" to prompt for a password everytime the user attempts to open it.
The user has admin rights the the folder and file, etc.

Can someone tell me how to remove the password promot?

go to Tools / Security / User and Group Accounts, find the user and click Clear Password.
