Windows XP Pro / Office 2000 Pro
I just upgraded a pc PIII 550mhz/NT/Office 2000 to P4 2.8Ghz/XP Pro/Office 2000 Pro.
The user responsibility is to import excel spreadsheets into company Access DB to compare information. This was done with no problems on the prior system. However, since the upgrade he continually gets the following error message:
Import Spreadsheet Wizard
The wizard is unable to access information in the file r:\spreadsheet.xls. Please check that the file exists and is in the correct format.
The files do exist and are in the proper format, the import wizard refuses to import the information.
Please Help!!!
