MPEG Video Display in DW MX

Greetings people!!

I need a bit o' help here.
I have an mpeg video that my company wants me to display but have no info on getting it to trigger MS Media Player.
Would someone or all be kind enough to walk this tired web guy through this???

if you put a link to it - it *should* auto discover the player type and that it is a media file - and launch it. "Damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead!"
