Not too sure I understand what you wish to do, but I think the answer is no, it is not possible to import WAV or MP3 or any of the known formats into a Serenade 200 (or 300) as Octel uses a propietary encoding format and sampling rate.
It is possible to copy a greeting or name recording from one server to another using the @floppy command, but not messages.
