Moving Wins and DHCP

I have two Windows 2000 servers. One server does Wins and the other server does DHCP. I have to replace both servers and I have to do this without touching client hardware settings.
What is the best way of doing this? I could get two new servers up and running using the old IP addresses of the two servers I mentioned above. But what specific steps do I need to follow? The old servers are Windows 2000 and the new servers would be Windows 2000. The clients are all Windows 2000 Pro.
How do I do this?

ok, the best way remine users intact is migrating WINS and DHCP.( i would say wins, dhcp don't worry about that)

set up a new win2k3 server and push/pull repl partner of the old wins server, after replication, decommision the old wins, change the ip of the new wins server to the old ip address, or if you have dhcp options, just update the new ip address.

for dhcp, if u want to retain all lease records which u don't have to, u need to do in-place upgrade, otherwise, just set up a new dhcp server, config the options, let users ip expired, they will automatlly pick up from your new dhcp server.
