Moving user profiles to a new machine....

Hi everyone,

Is there any "Easy way" to move a users profile from one machine to another? I dont want to copy any settings that refer to D:\yada yada yada, because their programs will be going to C: So mainly all I want to copy is all the data the user would have and also his or her specific settings in windows such as the resolution size, icons, that stuff, any programs that do that? (I found microsofts one but would like to evaluate more)
