Moving system folders to another server

Hello All -

We are currently prepping our servers for an upgrade to Exchange 2K this weekend. I know there is a Q article on this, but I cannot find it anywhere.
What am I trying to do? I am trying to move the System folders to another server which will become the first server in the site. System folders that I am in need of moving in particular are: Offline Address Book and Schedule+Free/Busy. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
