Moving Personal Folder

I need to know if there is a way that I can move my personal folder location to another drive so that I can keep my files hidden from other users. I only want windows on the C drive and I keep everything else on other partions and I want to move this protected location to another drive, is there a way I can do that, and also it would be even more usful if I could hide whole partions, and/or folders from other user accounts.
