Hi,
We're considering moving our Networker servers from old HPUX 11 to Win2k3.
Any recommendations of do and don't do?
Can we migrate the indexes between those platforms?
Any reason to avoid this move (apart from the indexes history), like performance, stability...
Would you recommend of using iSCSI SAN for the indexes?
10x in advance, Anatox

There is no straight way - due to the different directory structure and the big/little endien problem. And of course you would need a complete set of new enablers & auth codes.
Or stay with a new UNIX server ... (and more stability)

The easiest way is to start a new data zone from scratch and to keep the old server for recoveries.

iSCSI for indexes - not necessarily. But this is not straight to answer as it depends on a lot of other factors
