Moving e-mails only (Outlook 2000)

One of our staff has left and has a large number of e-mails that we need to look at and/or keep for reference. How do you move/copy all the e-mails to another pc running Outlook 2000 without having another pst file and without moving all the other info (contacts diary etc)

Just a thought but could you drag the folder into the public folders. Then if you are on a network you might be able to see them.

Thanks for the thought but much of the mail is confidential and as such do not want it left open to all or to the new user of the pc.
