Moving Domains (NT Server with SQL 7 and IIS)

I need to move a server from one Domain to another. Both domains are trusted. However the server is running a SQL 7 database with IIS which allows the users to access the datbase through their Web browser.
From what I can tell the database is controlled by NT local and global groups.

Has anyone any advice for moving it. Will it cause any permissions problems?
