IS-IT--Management
My office is relocating, which is forcing us to move to a new set of IP addresses. I'm a little apprehensive because it seems like there are a lot of things I need to do to move our network and get it up and running in the new location. The worst thing is I'm not sure what all I need to do. I'll have to change DNS, as well as the IP addresses assigned to our external segment of servers. I'll also need to change all the IP addresses used in the firewall rules.
I guess my question is this: Is there some kind of an IT checklist for moving that I can refer to so I don't miss critical steps? Any advice, pointers and tips will be much appreciated!
