Hi, how do I move DHCP and DNS to a new Win2k Server?

Andy

More info would be nice. Why are you moving these? Why not have 2 for redunancy? Good luck.

Hi, I need to move it because the server is too old (no warranty anymore). 2nd DNS server, will be needed soon, how would I do that?

Install new w2k server. Backup old server. Run dcpromo on new server, make it a domain controllerb. Sync the two machines. Run dcpromo on the old machine, and make it a stand alone server. You now have one new dc. (Make sure you move the global stuff to the new one.) Good luck.
