moving brightstor alert log location help

Brightstor is installed on the e:\ drive of our NT server. However I noticed that alerts are still being kept in c:\program files\common files\ca\alert. Is there any way to change this so that they are kept on the e drive instead?

There is a registry setting for the path but I have no idea if it will still function properly after the path is changed.

If you want to try
HKEY_L_M

ComputerAssociates
Alert
currentversion
path

You would have to create the path yourself on disk and I'd say copy the log drictory there. If you try it out and it works let us know.

i tried this out and it seems to be working... the amount of free space in drive C hasnt changed.
