Movies and videos in Word

when using MS Word i'm trying to install the movies and sounds feature this is normally under the insert tab on the main menu, i have my web cams already installed dont know where i'm going wrong have tried detect and repair no luck.

It is under Insert, but it would be Object. Select either Create New, or Create from file. If the movie/sound is already on your system then obviously you would choose Create from File. Browse to the file and select it. You can choose to either embed it, or link it. There are advantages/disadvantages to either route. See Help.
