Hello There.
We have a user who stores their saved email in an Archive folder. He has then copied the contents of the folder to a new Archive folder and named it Emails 07. Outlook (2003) crashed whilst doing this , and only 1/4 of the emails copied across. The folder is about 2GB, which would explain the crash (I have since created new folders for gentleman so to not create a monster of this size again).
I wondered if Outlook had a store, that it saves data to when a problem occurs, or if they have all gone into the ether?
Any advice would be great.
Cheers.
