Move where exchange stores messages

Hello,
I have an exchange 2K running on a server that is fast running out of space on its main c:\ partion.

Is there a way for me to move where the messages are stored and point it to a partion on a new disk, which I will have to install.

How would one go about in doing this?

ESM, on the properties of the store. You can move the logs on the properties of the storage group.

Yup.

Also backing up Exchange with an Exchange aware backup will safely purge these log files
