I have installed two W2k with AD. Both are root and none is a child of another. Now I wanted to move 769 users from zhiedu0 domain to zhimail0 domain. But I am not able to move them. I tried movetree.exe but got an error message : "ReturnCode: 0x51f There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request.
MoveTree established connections to source and destination servers."

I tried to establish the Trust Relationship but I could not get success in that also. Please help me out in solving out this problem and oblige.

Were your two Domains Trees both established in the same Forest?

I don't if this will help. Could it be possible for you to use ADMT( Active Directory Migration Tool)?

Trimelater

No Sir. Both were installed as independent domain.

Biharmcse,

If your domains are in seperate forests, you cannot use the MOVETREE command.

You can use the Active Directory Migration Tool (ADMT) as Trimelater said. Try this link for more information...

http:\\
You can also download the ADMT from this location.

Have Fun! :)
