One of our depts. has many excel files linked across many folders on a server. Most are linked by using UNC. We are replaceing this server with a new one and I need to move all of these files and have the links point to the new server, without messing up the links.

Not a simple solution. I'd use VBA.
Build a FROM TO table.
Macro record Changing FROM one server TO another.
