Move from Server A to Server B

In looking through the forum, everyone is talking about the Move Server Wizard. When I run it to attempt a move from server A to server B I recieve a message stating "The mailbox is currently being moved by another administrator. You must wait for this operation to complete before moving this mailbox again."

Nobody is in either server moving anybody or anything, I don't understand where this message is coming from.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
