Anyone know how to move files from one location to another based on creation date? Here's the lowdown:

I want to move all the files in the \\exchange_server\c$\exchsrvr\imcdata\in\Archive folder to my local PC. However, I only want to move files older than today. I have run into issues trying to move all when one of the one's from today is open.

Anyone know if this is possible with a DOS batch file or am I going to have to go VB or something? If VB, any tips on how?

How automatic does this need to be? Xcopy has a date function - but its based on last updated date not created date. You could of course just use the search feature of win2k - specify your folder and then use the 'files created' with a date range up to yesterday. select all files it returns and copy(cut) and past them (or use send to if you've got any folder ot shortcut to the folder you want enabled, or whatever method you like).
