Move Exchange 2000 to new server 1

Need to move Exchange 2000 to a new server. Old server is Windows 2000, DC, call it ServerA. New server is Windows 2000, DC, call it ServerB. Exchange 2000 already loaded on ServerB. ServerA and ServerB will have different IP addresses. Once Exchange moved from ServerA to ServerB then ServerA will be decommissioned.

Only have about 20 exchange users. What is simpliest way to moved exchange information from ServerA to ServerB? What information needs to be moved?

I know, I know, but for the sake of good forum operations, if the topic is ABC, and inside the thread someone jumps in with issue XYZ, it get confusing for ALL site users, plus, the XYZ issue gets lost as no-one will filter that out of the ABC title.

I didn't start new topic because I have similar situation like Basspro. Move exchange to new machine with different name and use the old one as FPS.
If I started new topic, someone will point me to this thread.
