I have a very complex 403 failing and need to move programming to a 406v2. This seems like it should be easy.

When I export my users and import to the 406 it gives me two nousers and two remote managers. I am unable to delete the duplicates.

When I import my control unit info into the 406v2 the original 403 is in the control unit list and cannot be deleted...

What is the best way to do this?

Wash, rinse, repeat.

rename the nouser and remotemanager
then you can delete them

ACA - Implement IP Office
ACA - Voice Services Management

Another option is to manually edit the csv-file.
Just delete the Remotemanager and the nouser from that and import the edited file.
Make sure to manually edit the password for the RemoteManager if the default wasn't used.

when i did this "swap" i just saved the config file from the 403, set the 406 to static ip, the same as the 403, the just offline send config to 406, just make sure any expansion units etc are plugged into the same exp outlets numbers, the config just works as normal, another thing, make sure os on 403/406 are same, the upgrade 406 to latest firmware etc if need to
