.mov in .swf but out

there are two files: QT movie (.mov) and flash animated intro (.swf or .exe), in flash is button named "movie" or "play" or... and after press this button the QT movie is played in one frame of this flash intro.
the movie is strictly separated (QT 20megs, .exe 20kb).
