I moved a card in ld 25. It moved ok but now my tty will not communicate with the PBX? It prints what the PBX sends it, but does not seem to receive commands from the tty.

doesn't sound like the two are linked. open transmit can be several problems, a cocked cable is my 1st thought, reboot the term or pc. and check other tty ports in case you have a bad paddle board or ssc in an 11.

even without a reload, an ini should unlock that type of problem. i would try a different tty or a maint set, dis and enl the tty.. i haven't done a parallel reload except on a new install to fix a problem in 10 years or better

Thank you both for your input. I hadn't known at the time but this MOV also corrupted data. I INIed to free up the tty and did a parallel reload to clear the corrupt data.

Thanks Again

if you have a lot of background traffic, a mov or copy can do that. i make sure my drol is full before i use those. if ld 30 is out of drol, either add it or don't use the mov/cpy commands.. i had an 81 that would ini on the new 23 command in ld 14, due to cpu load, put 30 back in drol. ran midn, out 100 plus sets and the problem went away
