mouse events

Can I get any other events besides mouse over? such as on release? I am wanting to use the "open browser window" and have it only come up on mouse release in the resized window

What do you mean by 'on release'?

Mouse press, mouse release when you click the link is when I want it to happen.

Maybe I'm not following. Mouse press, mouse release -is clicking, is it not. Change the action for the behavior from 'on mouse over' to 'on click'.
