Mounting Netware 5.1 Volume on OSX

Having an odd situation with 1 particular Netware 5.1 server out of the 6 that we have. The OSX client machine is unable to mount a Netware volume for all users except for those in the administrator group. The machines that cannot log in with OSX can log in with OS9 just fine. All the servers appear to be configured exactly the same, but it seems as if something is missing here. Can anyone perhaps shed some light on this situation?
