Mother board flashing - Need help.

I am running an Asus P2B mother board with win2k and I have the aflash utility and the latest bios form Asus. How do I "flash" the bios? I was told to create a bootable floppy from a friend but I can not get to a DOS prompt on restart of my PC. Help please.

make the boot-disk from win9x (win98 is better).
Boot using that and follow the instructions you recieved with the flash-utility. Read carefully and good luck.
