I see R9.1.9 came out in June.

Can anyone tell me if 9.1.9 is stable? Or What is the most stable dot release of R9?

I am preparing for an upgrade from 9.1.3 to 9.1.x for a large and very busy IP500 (200 stations with 40 seat call center, VMPro, mixed dig phones, 9608s and 9608 VPN phones, Xima Software, 80 SIP trunks).

Customer is having issues with: overflow call handling is not working as described in 9.1.3.

Any input is welcome.

If the customer is using virtual users with (mobile) twinning enabled, the don't go beyond 9.1.7.

Because, when someone calls to a virtual user with mobile twinning enabled via the phonebook or redial (en bloc dialing) the IPO reboots.

I stopped installing systems past 9.1.9 as we had zero issues with that release and so kept using it. Never twin a virtual user so that is not an issue.

Excellent feedback, thanks guys!!!

We stopped at 9.1.9 as R10 was available by then and we only install the latest version available at the given time.
No complaints about 9.1.9, 9.1.10 or 9.1.11 versions though.

I have had no issues with 9.1.9 or 9.1.11 that I can think of. 9.1.10 had the issues with the config saved offline showing as 9.2. I know there was a patch but not sure if they ever fixed the manager itself. If they didn't fix the manager install and you have no access to the patch I would not use 9.1.10.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

rdoubrava,

Do you mean mobile twinning?

And did you test to call the virtual user from another internal extension using the redial, dss key or phonebook?

Also, if softconsole is available. Try to call the virtual user via the BLF field by clicking on the virtual users icon.

Just en-bloc dial seems to be a problem.

I had this on two different customers, and went back to 9.1.7.
