Just a question,

Has anyone had more then one client for the same email account on at Echange 5.5? I will be using Outlook 2000.

What I am trying to do is be able to access the sent stuff from 2 users that do the exact same job, so they do not duplicate their work or miss things.

What you can do is set up two seperate mailboxes - with each employee as owner of their own Inbox. THEN, in Permissions tab - add the other user in there with whatever appropriate permissions you wish (if you want them to have author rights then, have at 'er).

Then, in the MAIL icon in Control panel, add the other's mailbox to the Mapi Profile, from within, Advanced tab. This should allow them to see each other's mail box!

It's unusual to do this - as there would be no mailbox privacy between both inboxes - but i think this will give you an idea on what you can do - and allows you to set whatever permissions you wish.

If it's just the SENT items you wished them to view.. perhaps trying to set each one of the users as Delegates to the certain containers...

Hope it helps.
