more than one record per line in a subreport

Hi
Can anyone advise me how to show more than one record per line in a subreport, please? I have very limited space in my subreport and rather than show:
Record 1
Record 2
etc

I would like to show:
Record 1, Record 2, Record 3 etc
Preferably with the record wrapping onto the next line at the end of each line.

Is there a way of doing this?
Any help gratefully received.

In design view of your report go to Page Setup which will let you set the number of columns you wish to use in your report/subreport and allows you to set the width etc....
