More colors in Excel (custom colors) 1

When i pick a color for a cell in excel im limited by how many colors i have to choose from. I'm other office programs you can make custom colors. How can i do this with excel?

Any Excel workbook can only work with a limited range of colors.

However, you can change the default values through Tools, Options, Color, Modify
