Monthly cost for CID Name on a PRI?

What is a fair, normal, average cost for CID Name on a PRI?

US LEC is wanting $100/mo!

If its going to be that high, they should start selling T1's with their CID Name services :p)

It $25/mo here in California from PacBell, er SBC, er, AT&T, on our local PRI.

I believe $50 from Verizon here in Pa, as well.

$$ sounds about right, but, we had a choice of seeing the number or name or both for more. We just did the number. Also, caller will only see the Main number when we call out.
