Monitoring sales calls...MICS w/T1 PRI?

Client is a telemarketer and has about 50 sales people. System is an MICS w/T1 PRI & a NAM unit.

Has anyone sucessfully been able to monitor sales calls from a "manager" station and how did you do it?

Not thru programming. there are secondary market items that can work such as Vikingelectronic's SO-24 with a digital phone kit. not pretty but it will get there.
